Yes, but some strings have changed and using the trunk po file *could* break strings that are correctly translated in 0.91.
One thing you can do is update the trunk po file with the 0.91.x branch inkscape.pot template and see how many strings (and which ones) are marked fuzzy or untranslated compared to the 0.91.x po file.

Not yet. We just released 0.91 two months ago, so don't expect 0.92 very soon.

Note that there are chances that we release a 0.91.1 "bugfix" version, and thus updating the translation for the 0.91.x branch is not a bad idea.

Basic tutorial updated in inkscape-docs, revision 519.

Still in progress because the SVG and HTML files need to be generated (I'll probably work on it next week).

Regarding the tutorial the updated version in Catalan is not update to date at:

There may be a problem generating the inkscape-docs or this may not be the right URL to look.
