Bug Description
Inkscape 0.91 r13725 x64
Windows 7 SP1 x64
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the attached SVG file.
2. Select the 'e' on the left that's green w/ black outline.
3. Path > Stroke to Path (or Ctrl+Alt+C)
What happens:
The 'e' stroke is converted to a path. However, part of the 'e' in the middle inside bows way to the right instead of following the original stroke outline and will look identical to the 'e' on the right.
What should happen:
The 'Stroke to Path' should have been almost identical to the original 'e' when the stroke was converted to a path.

Reproduced on OS X 10.7.5 with
- Inkscape 0.47, 0.48.0, 0.48.5
- Inkscape 0.91 r13725, 0.91+devel r13886
Not a regression in 0.91 - since this can be reproduced with 0.47 too, the chances are high that it was already reported earlier (I haven't attempted to find a related report yet).
