Bug Description

Inkscape0.91 pre4 64Bit and 32Bit, Win8Pro 64Bit,ATIHD5800 , using mouse

freehand and bezier tools are lags when I draw. Usually I need to wait about 0.5 seconds for the lines to appear. Had to revert to old 0.48.5 because of this.

Probably a duplicate of preformance regression with cairo >= 1.12 already tracked in

(64bit builds of 0.91pre4 use a recent cairo git master build (1.14.1), whereas 0.48.5 and 32bit builds of 0.91pre4 use cairo 1.11.2).
