Wishlist: openclipart import 'show more' option

Bug Description

Currently, the openclipart search retrieves the first 20 found items (or the first page, speaking in terms of the openclipart API) even if OCAL has so much more to offer ;-)

I would like to see a '-> next page' or 'show more' option in the dialog, allowing for more than 20 pictures from OCAL to be found.

OpenClipart integration has been removed from Inkscape (https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/issues/440), since OpenClipart is down permanently.

@jhofinger: I agree this should be closed, but the reason given is incorrect. OCAL is available, but it does no longer offer an API that integrates with Inkscape.
