Bug Description

Insert text with text tool
Switch to Select and Transform tool
Select the text (if it is not by default)
Select a color for the text stroke (right click on the color swatches select "Set Stroke")
Click text with Transform tool until skew handles show
Skew text horizontally
Print
Expected behavior:
The print should look like the UI with fill and stroke skewed the same way.
Result:
The printer prints the fill rotated each letter it's own center and the outline skewed (as the fill should print).
My printer is a HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP 276nw
I am running Inkscape 0.48.5 r10040 on Windows7 on a Gigabyte BXi7H-4500.

The attached image also shows that text above an image prints as expected! [check the top of the letters "mp" of the Monotype Corsiva "Champagne"

A workaround is of course to convert text to paths but I feel Inkscape should print what it shows in the UI or pull up a warning that modified TrueType might not print as expected.

Please attach the SVG source file used to produce the screenshot to allow further investigation. It would also be helpful if detailed information about the fonts used in the drawing could be provided (if the used fonts are available under a free license, download links would be appreciated).

Does the same also happen when saving a copy as PS or PDF (vie 'File > Save a copy')?

The SVG source is attached.
I do not recall installing any fonts on this machine so what I have is what Microsoft and InkScape and some other programs installed. The font showing this anomaly is Monotype Corsiva. A download site is [http://fontsforweb.com/font/show?id=6771] but this might not be the EXACT font I have installed The other font used in the .svg is Juice ITC it too is "on my machine" I do not know its provenance but a source is here: [http://www.911fonts.com/font/download_JuiceITCRegular_26155.htm]

Note: the file that I am sending is not the exact file that I used for the screen dumps (I had broken the typeface into paths to be able to print it) but the attached file is VERY similar and exhibits the same phenomenon of individual glyph rotation instead of word skewing.

Saving as .pdf and printing the .pdf is without (this) fault.
