Bug Description
Suggestion:
Often I'm working on the same art project for quite a while, but I keep closing and re-opening Inkscape. Right when I open Inkscape, I want my latest file to be open again.
Alternatively, if I close all windows of Inkscape at once, I'd like to reopen all the projects I was working on at once the next time the program runs.
