Bug Description
Inkscape 0.48.5 r10040
Windows 7 SP1 x64
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a rectangle, fill with some color
2. Select it and make a bitmap Copy (Alt+B)
3. Copy to clipboard (Ctrl+C)
4. Paste in 3rd-party applications
Paint.NET: fully transparent
MS Paint: fully transparent
MS Wordpad: fully transparent
MS Word 2010: ok
Inkscape: ok
It seems that the file format of the bitmap copy is unusual and not supported by many applications.
