not reproduced using Inkscape 0.48.5 and Windows 7, with HP Deskjet 895. In my case the page was printed out in landscape automatically, which was a good thing, and somewhat unexpected. There was a bit of cropping at the right because the image was 12.4 inches wide and my paper is US Letter size.
if there are specific objects missing in the middle of the image, assuming this is not a cropping problem, could you indicate which objects are missing?

When I do print this Drawing (attached) it is missing the last quarter
part at right, even setting on landscape mode manually on A4 paper.

cannot reproduce the problem here.
- does the image actually print in landscape orientation?
- could you try a different printer driver like PDFCreator?
