rectangle tool units bug: wrong size displayed in spinbuttons

The "W:" and "H:" spinbuttons in the toolbar show wrong sizes when the rectangle tool is used.

Example (see attached svg):
- The size of the rectangle is 10mm*10mm, or 35.433px*35.433px.
- So, if I select the rectangle with the pointer, "W:" and "H:" in the toolbar show the correct value (10.000mm).
- When I now select the rectangle tool, "W:" and "H:" change to 35.433mm. Note that this would be the correct value in px, but not in mm!
- When I change the units in the rectangle tool to px, W and H change to 125.550px (= 3.5433*3.54433*10).

So, I guess something is broken in the units conversion, or the unit conversion factor is used once too often.

Tested on Debian Wheezy with:
- inkscape-0.91pre2.tar.bz2
- Inkscape 0.91pre2 r13617 (from bzr)

It worked correctly with 0.48.

Note that not only W: and H: are affected, but "Rx" and "Ry" as well.
So, to e.g. use a radius of 1.0mm, you have to enter 3.5433mm...

I'm just searching for similar bugs (as it's broken in current trunk again) but in 0.92.2 it seems to work just fine...

Closing as fixed. Not replicated in 1.2-alpha or 0.92.5 and sounds like it was fixed by 0.92.2 already (note in 0.92.x, it looks like opening the file defaults to px units, but the rect tool shows px units and shows correct values when switched to mm units).

0.91-1 on Windows shows 10mm as expected.
