control handles sometimes get relocated when using Document Properties->Resize Page to Selection

this is somewhat similar to Bug 1363453 and Bug 1094826, but it is not related to Undo. Instead it is related to Resize Page.

- Windows XP, INkscape rev 13578
- open Inkscape
- open Document Properties dialog
- click on Resize Page to Content
- draw a rectangle, make sure that rectangle tool (F4) is still highlighted
- click on Resize Page to Drawing or selection
- note that the three control handles have been moved off-page. You may need to manually zoom out in order to actually find the handles. After deselecting and then reselecting object they will move to correct location.
- the amount of the relocation seems to be related to the distance between the object and the bottom left corner of the original page

- reproduced with Ellipse tool (F5)
- reproduced with Star tool (*)
- reproduced with Spiral tool (F9)
- not reproduced with Bezier tool (shift F6)
- however, reproduced with Bezier tool if you first draw the Bezier with shift-F6 and then click on the node tool F2 and then click on Resize
- not reproduced with any tool if you first draw the object as normal, then click on the Select tool F1 and then click on Resize.
