Inkscape 0.48.5 Errors messages on loading basic extension

I have install Inkscape 0.48.5 on mac ox 10.9, following the instruction of http://inkscape.org.
When I launch inkscape, I get the fowling error message in $HOME/.config/inkscape/extension-erros.log :

L’extension « Dia Input » n’a pas été chargée, car une dépendance est manquante.
Dépendance :
  type : executable
  emplacement : chemin
  chaîne : dia
  description : Pour pouvoir importer des fichiers Dia, Dia doit aussi être installé. Vous pouvez obtenir Dia sur http://www.gnome.org/projects/dia/

The extension "export to Tikz" from code.google.com/p/inkscape2tikz/ doesn't work and I suppose that there is relation in this two problem.
I try to instal inkscape 0.48.5 on windows 7 64 bits, Kubuntu 14.04 LTS and I get the same message in "extension-errors.log".

Please provide detailed information about the actual error - the warnings you pasted are to be expected if dependencies for some of the extensions bundled with Inkscape are not found on the local system (outside of Inskcape.app), and neither mention the custom extension 'Export to TikZ path' nor allow further investigation whether this is actually an Inkscape bug, or a support question wrt the installation of an externally developed and maintained custom extension.

BTW - the latest version of Tkiz is now hosted at github:
  https://github.com/kjellmf/svg2tikz
and has its own issue tracker there.

Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.5 (official package) on OS X 10.7.5 Lion: after copying the three extension files

   tikz_export.py
   tikz_export_effect.inx
   tikz_export_output.inx

into

   ~/.config/inkscape/extensions

and restarting Inkscape, both 'Extensions > Export > Export to TikZ path …' and the output format 'TikZ code (*.tex)' are loaded and work (AFAICT) as expected (tested with a simple rectangle converted to path).

Copy the three files from https://github.com/kjellmf/svg2tikz

tikz_export_output.inx

in ~/.config/inkscape/extensions

restart inkscape but in the menu « Extension » « Export -> Export to Tikz » does appear.

I am running Mac os 10.9.4

Where is the problem ?

Sorry i mean of course « does not appear ».
The menu « Extensions » open with a list of extensions but « Export » is not in the list

I just tell what’s going wrong : in the menu « Extension » this option « export » is not present, so
I suppose that the extension « export to tikz » has not been loaded correctly.

How did you download the extensions files?

Could you please verify the content of the files you installed in ~/.config/inkscape/extensions (using a plain-text editor)?

From https://github.com/kjellmf/svg2tikz/tree/master/svg2tikz/extensions

In Safari « download Linked File As » for each of the three files « tikz_export.py » , « tikz_export_effect.inx », « tikz_export_output.inx » and save in « downloads » directory with the default name.

When editing theses files, every seems ok.

In a terminal windows, copy this files from « downloads » directory to « *HOME/.config/inkscape/extensions » directory.

starting inkscape no « export » in « extensions » menu.

Trying Remove extended access right with « xattr -c * » on the 3 files and change the attribute by « chmod 755 * », restart inkscape, still no « export » in « extensions » menu.

Did you download the raw version of the linked files from the git repo, or simply saved the linked html pages as script files (this won't work)?
