To reproduce:
Create an object (a rectangle)
Drag the object, without letting go of the left mouse button
While continuing to move your mouse at a non-zero speed, right click down without letting go of the left mouse button.
50% of the time, two right click menus will appear. If two right click menus don't appear, then go back to beginning and try again.
Let go of the right click button.
Move the mouse over one of the separators in the menu, and let go of the left mouse button.
Alt+tab to another application; the menu will persist. |
