Bug Description
Open the history and stroke dialogs, as attached.
Click on the main screen to shift focus away from the dialogs. Then if the stroke dialog is open, click on the history strip at the very bottom - nothing will happen.
What really happens is the history button jumps away underneath your mouse. If you hold down on the mouse button, then move it over the new position of the history button before letting go, then the history dialog will open as expected.
Inkscape 0.91pre1 x64 on Windows 8.1.
