trunk: moving object transformation center and flipping causes object to move away from center (>=13452)

Reproduced with default prefs, trunk

1) draw a rect
2) reposition its transformation center
3) flip it horizontally several times

The rect unexpectedly moves away from the transform center each time it is flipped.

Video shows the results of doing this.

Reproduced with 0.48+devel r13491 on OS X 10.7.5.

Based on tests with archived builds:
- not reproduced with rev <= 13451
- reproduced with rev >= 13452
this regression possibly is related to the changes in
Revision 13452: Fix moving of item center: 1) at paste and 2) at changing document units
