when changing document units, size of rectangle changes iff rectangle is selected

- Windows XP, Inkscape rev 13470
- load attached file with a rectangle in units of mm
- open document properties dialog
- click on rectangle to select it
- change document units from mm to px
- note that size of rectangle changes
- change document units back from px to mm
- note that size of rectangle goes back to original size

- not reproduced if rectangle is not selected.
- not reproduced if the Create Rectangles tool, F4, is still active, or if the Node Tool, F2, is still active. Reproduced only if the Select Tool, F1, is active.
- I cannot seem to reproduce the problem when creating a new object from scratch
- problem seems to show up only after saving and reloading a file

AFAICT same as this earlier report (probably we both encountered the same issue while testing for #1247799 ;-) )
