Bug Description

I'm downstream maintainer for inkscape in fink, have user reports of build-failure on OS X 10.9 for version 0.48.5:

http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.general/38783

But also some successful, so perhaps more recent apple compilers have become more strict or require more explicit things that used to be implicitly handled? The solution was to #include <unistd.h> in color-profile.cpp
