Bug Description
Replicate
1. Create a new image
2. Add 20+ layers
3. Lock 18 consecutive layers
Expected Results
It should be possible to click+drag the mouse (strafing) to lock all the layers.
Actual Results
Each layer needs to be clicked individually.
