Bug Description

A cosmetic bug.

Inkscape r13425 (0.91) on Windows 8.1, x64 version. Compiled using the directions here:
http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Compiling_Inkscape_on_Windows_64-bit
Used x86_64-4.9.0-release-posix-sjlj-rt_v3-rev2.7z

In the attachment: Left is what is shown, sometimes, when you mouse over a menu entry. Notice how the arrow and text aren't blue. After a short time period, the subfolder appears. In that moment, it turns into the right, which is the correct behavior.
