Bug Description

PROBLEM: A Layer name does not correspond to his group id. There is no way to set the layer id name from the Layer dialog in Inkscape.

SOLUTION: Make the group id of the layer editable from the Inkscape Layer dialog, or make it always equal to the Layer name.

EXPECTED RESULT: User should be able to give an unique name id to a layer from the Layer dialog. The exported Plain SVG (non Inkscape) should have the correspondent group id equal to that name. In that way the user can access the layer group using the .getElementById() and the corresponding layer id name.
