Bug Description

When rendering the SVG file attached to this bug report (original.svg) as PNG, a part of the dotted line is skipped (not rendered). This happens only for that exact path (slightly modifying a control point fixes it), for that exact rendering resolution (other resolutions are rendered correctly) and for that pattern (continous lines are rendered correctly).

The erroneous rendering can be observed by executing the following command:
inkscape --export-png=rendered.png original.svg --export-area-page --export-width=1996 --export-height=1633

Inkscape: 0.48.4 r9939
OS: Ubuntu 14.04
Architecture: x64

On OS X 10.7.5,
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.4 r9939, r10031
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.48+devel r10325
- not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48+devel r10326, r13395

AFAICT this was fixed with the merge of the new cairo renderer in r10326. Note that the same part of the dashed path disappears at certain zoom levels, too (not just when exporting to bitmap with a certain resolution). Proposing to link as duplicate to
