Gujarati translation for 0.92

Currently, Inkscape is not available for Gujarati language. Gujarati is an constituionally recognized Indian language. Hence it becomes important to have Inkscape in Gujarati language also. This will promote the use of Inkscape in India.

C-DAC, Pune, India is one of the organizations into Localization and promoting free and open source softwares in India. It wishes to contribute the translations of Inkscape for all Indian languages.

Translation committed in the trunk revision 14274 (strings updated to match the latest development version).

The translation file can be selected from the UI using the application preferences, but the Windows installer files are not updated yet.

Hundreds of new strings were added or changed since 0.48, so don't hesitate to reuse the same report to update the translation (using the new file from the trunk, not the one attached to the report).
