[0.91 Tutorial Review] issues with "Elements of Design" tutorial

During the review[1] for the 0.91 release, the following issues were identified for the Elements of Design tutorial:

* [French translation only] Revoir l'image de la vue d'ensemble (mauvaise traduction d'« Elements »).
* http://sanford-artedventures.com/study/study.html doesn't respond (time out).
* Broken link: http://oswego.org/staff/bpeterso/web/elements_and_principles.htm
* http://www.redlucite.org doesn't seem to be related to Linda Kim anymore (unrelated site in Japaneese).

French translation updated, broken links removed or replaced (found a new link for Linda Kim), and helvetica font (in elements-f12.svg) replaced with Sans (the font substitution dialog opens when opening the tutorial on an OS where helvetica is not installed).
