[0.91 Tutorial Review] issues with " Calligraphy" tutorial

During the review[1] for the 0.91 release, the following issues were identified for the Calligraphy tutorial:

* Uses old label for the menu item formerly called 'File > Input Devices' -> in trunk now called 'Edit > Input Devices'
* There are also two buttons to toggle tablet Pressure and Tilt sensitivity on and off (for drawing tablets). We also have another button (Trace the lightness of the background...).
* Tremor is adjustable in the Controls bar with values ranging from 0.0 to 1.0. Should be from 0 to 100.
* No details or examples on the Caps parameter.

I'm thinking for this one, we just fix the incorrect issue:

and push the other changes into a new bug to be fixed in the next cycle. There is a bit of reworking that will need to be done to cover the missing content, and i think this late in the release, it might be too much.
