Bug Description
There is no way to change the color of a line marker. It does not get the line or fill color, so it always stays black.
I know there is a shortcoming in the SVG spec that doesn't allow a marker to inherit its parent line color, but this limitation is why Inkscape exists: Inkscape can work around such limitation, but currently doesn't.
It's just not very useful to only have black line markers... So, either a color picker is needed, or they need to inherit from the line color. Or both.

Inkscape ships with an extension which allows to change the color of the markers to match the color of the stroke, as described in the FAQ: inkscape. org/en/ learn/faq/ #How_do_ I_change_ the_color_ of_markers_ .28e.g. _arrow_ ends.29. 3F> tavmjong. free.fr/ INKSCAPE/ MANUAL/ html/Extensions -ModifyPath. html#Extensions -ColorMarkers>

The next major release (0.91) will automatically adjust the colors of the markers to those of the object (with default settings).
