Can't select CMS color

Bug Description

I follow the instruction form this article http://libregraphicsworld.org/blog/entry/getting-cmyk-colors-from-inkscape-to-scribus
I've download icc profile (US. web coated swop v2) from Adobe put in .local/share/color/icc I've selected the profile in document properties but when I select text (I also try to create new rectangle) and try to change the color in CMS tab, it change to CMYK but then change back to <not selected> (I have localized text <brak>).

version: Inkscape 0.48.4 r9939 (on Xubuntu 13.10)
