Confirmed with r13272 on OS X 10.7.5 with experimental LPEs enabled.

Patch tested successfully with r13273 on OS X 10.7.5 - thx Jabertxof & LiamW!

@Johan - could you review the code? I'll commit it with Jabiertxof as author (so that he can apply for commit access - the other patch already committed was for bug #1247324).

@Johan, ask LiamW he have developed a more hight "patch" to allow all effects have the initial LPEItem previous to the effect applied.

Attaching patch for trunk (r13495), based on <http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscapebrony/inkscape/inkscape/revision/13138> to ease testing (please verify).

Patch tested ok with basic use case (tangent-to-curve LPE stacked on-top of spiro-splines LPE, dragging tangent along the spiro curve)
