Recently several merge requests appeared and were merged into my github repo.
I'd like to merge all this back to upstream inkscape. (I see no point in maintaining a fork in the long run)

Hi, sorry it has taken so long for you to get a response.

There are a few question marks about licensing for the edits made by the cnc-club.ru author, but if you can get those sorted then in theory we could get it merged.
