Bug Description

output is resized in documents as if a single margin is defined despite having defined zero-width borders.

Please provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the reported issue (starting with a new default document, or a sample SVG file attached to the report), and describe the expected result and the actual result.

I've attached the document I'm seeing the issue with - it's designed to be printed onto A4 in landscape, it has guides for a 2 ring binder and a centreline for allowing the sheet to be halved.

On printing the content moves leftwards by 10 -15 mm

I'm also seeing output where the leftmost 10-15 mm are not being printed.

My first thought is, based purely on what I see, that there is some kind of clipping mask being applied.

I'll experiment with adding page size clipping masks to the document of he weekend to see if that solves anything.
