Path difference function error

Bug Description

I attach a file that contains an 8 pointed star (A) from which I am attempting to subtract various shapes using the Path Difference function. In most cases this works fine, but for the oval highlighted (B), there is an error and the subtracted oval is distorted.

This particular issue is reproducible with current stable 0.48.4, and has been fixed in trunk (the fix will be available in the next major release 0.91).

Based on tests with archived builds on OS X 10.7.5:
- reproduced with rev <= 12755,
- not reproduced with rev >= 12756;
this was fixed with the changes committed in
- Revision 12756: conversions from radians to degrees for arcs (Bug 324117)
