Bug Description

Problem description:
If you open a PDF File with Inkscape and the try to print via Inkscape on any printer, the whole text disappears / is not printed and is generally not submitted. You can try it for example with the printer of "PDFCreator".
This PDF-File is a engineering drawing, created with Acrobat Distiller 9.5.5 on Windows from Source Application SolidWorks 2012.

I have attached the Source-PDF File.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the PDF File in Inkscape
2. (set the page format on A3 landscape - because it is not recognized automatically -> ERROR? BUG?)
3. Print the file on a real or virtual printer (for example PDFCreator)
4. You now see that no font is submitted and no text is displayed / printed.

Thank you for solving this problem :)

With kind regards
Markus Arnoldi

Addionally the Print Settings are not saved (for the document and / or after printing):
- Rendering Options: Vector or Bitmap and the bitmap options.
- if i print a A4 landscape document the print settings always "suggest" the letter format for standard output.
