Bug Description
- Windows XP, Inkscape 12991
- open Inkscape, set default document units to mm
- uncheck the preference that says 'scale stroke width'
- draw rectangle, 3D-box, ellipse, star, spiral, freehand, Bezier, as in attached document
- note that rectangle, ellipse, star, spiral have stroke width of 1 px
- note that 3D-box, freehand, Bezier have stroke width of 1 mm = 3.543 px
- this occurs only if I do not use the option 'scale stroke width'
- if I use the option 'scale stroke width', then the only anomalous object is the 3D-box with a stroke width of 1 mm. All the other objects have a stroke width of 1 px in this case

3dbox is unstroked with default prefs - could you please also attach the prefs file used to report this bug?
