Bug Description

When I clip some object or group with a clone, and original object is located under the clipped objects or group, there is 1 px border in current screen resolution and the same issue is in exported .png images. (It is important problem for me because I use this technique in my works: It is easy to set basic colors and change the main shapes, and clip will be automatically changed, but these borders look awful.)
Here is exported .png file: http://sta.sh/07t0wie936r
Here is sourse .svg: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2014/031/0/8/clip_border_by_ioverd-d74hb6u.svg
If it worked correctly, there would be seen fully black square.

And I can say also that this problem present in all browsers that I`ve tryed.

AFAIU this is the same underlying rendering issue as already tracked in

Not related to clipping: the attached modified version shows the same anti-aliasing artifacts without clipping.

Proposing to link as duplicate to bug #170356.
