Bug Description
Tested with r12960
on linux mint 15 32bit
When dragging or rotating a guide it's notification message (on the status bar) doesn't update while a guide is being dragged/rotated.
A guides notification message updates, when the left mouse button is released after the guide has been dragged from the rulers.
Then when a guide is moved or rotated on the canvas it's notification message doesn't update until the cursor has been moved away from the guide and then back over it again.
When a guide is dragged over or past the ruler to delete it, then it's notification message stays in the status bar until an object is de/selected or a tool is activated.
Expected behavior:
It would be more helpful if the guides notification message updated to show it's position while it's being dragged and it's angle when it's being rotated.
The same way as when a rectangle is being drawn.
In v0.48.4 r9939, the guides notification message updates as soon as the left mouse button is released after dragging a guide.
