Bug Description
I have a PDF with Japanese text in it. When importing it into Inkspace 0.48.4 on Windows 7 x64, all text is left out. I've attached the PDF causing this issue.
To reproduce, just right-click the PDF, and go "Open width -> Inkscape", if avaiable. Otherwise just select File|Open in Inkscape. Then choose to import the first page, and compare the result with a proper PDF viewer. You'll see no text in Inkscape, but all text is just there with any PDF viewer.

Same issue as reported earlier in bug #956282 (missing or outdated poppler-data in Windows and OS X packages).
