Tooltips not visible when system colors swapped

Hi there,

Unfortunately the tooltips are not visible when I'm running Inkscape on Windows 7 with system colors swapped (better visibility for me). Possible reason: you only changed ink color for tooltip windows to black (not system), but not background color. Please keep in mind when you change system colors to change foreground AND background colors of objects.

Hi Charlie,

Unfortunately Inkscape currently doesn't support themes, and we have to do with the default GTK style. Experiments are currently in progress in a separate development branch [1], but nothing released yet. The related theme issues are also tracked in Launchpad [2].

Not only related, but duplicate IMHO. I suggest we keep the most recent report (with a bug watch on the Gnome tracker).
