spiral and stars tools, the inputbox for turns and corners shows 3 after undo

Draw either a spiral or star,
press undo,
the control bar shows 3 as a value in the inputbox for:
  "Turns:" with the spirals tool,
  "Corners:" with the stars and polygons tool.

If one draws a new shape,
when the mouse button is released,
the inputbox shows the previously set value,
and draws the shape correctly.

The first time the spiral tool is used,
it shows and draws 3 turns,
but when one presses the
"Reset shape parameters to defaults (use Inkscape Preferences > Tools to change defaults"
the number of turns changes to 5.

Tested with:
r12832 on linux mint 15 cinnamon 32bit

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.4 and current trunk r12833.

Base tool settings: number of turns is '3'

Fix for the spiral default (now resets to 3).
Doens't fix the undo bug.

Note that undoing with the Rectangle and Ellipse tools also show the same issue when undoing (values reset with the default values, but last used ones applied when creating an object).
