The idea is to hide the bounding box and all transformation handles temporarily by keeping pressed a shortcut.
Thereby the selected object still receives all commands but appears without any alements surrounding it.
This is extremely hand when you need to have a glance at the final image while you nudge the object or lowering/raising it. |
