Lock / Unlock button doesn't work for layers in the staturs bar

Bug Description
If there is a layer with several sublayers in a document, it's not possible to use the unlock button in the Status bar to unlock one sublayer.
To reproduce simply create a layer with 2 or more sublayers. Then lock all layers with the layer Dialog, the layer and all sublayers are locked now. I want to open only one sublayer to do some amendments, but it's not possible to do it within the Dialog or via the unlock button in the Status bar. The button changes shorly to unlock but after clicking in the documents it's locked again. Additionally the sublayer is all the time marked as locked in the Dialog window.
Used Version: Inkscape 0.48 and Windows 7
