Bug Description
If I select a bitmap in Inkscape, copy it and paste it into any other software (gimp, CorelDraw, PowerPoint,...) it does not keep the original quality. I think it uses the "bitmap copy" resolution then. However, this does not make sense in this situation and that is not the way other programs typically behave. And interestingly, this problem does not occur if I paste the copy into Inkscape again.
I tried this on Windows 7 64 bit, Inkscape 0.48.4 r9939 and Inkscape 0.48+devel r12519

Confirmed on Crunchbang Waldorf (Debian stable) with Inkscape trunk revision 12711.
The copied image's resolution is based on the image size on canvas, not on the original resolution.
