"make dist" fails after r12579

Bug Description

There is a typo (missing the .h in the filelist) in src/libdepixelize/Makefile_insert that causes the make dist to fail with the following error:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `libdepixelize/priv/integral', needed by `distdir'. Stop.

attached is a patch that fixes the issue
