Bug Description
I change between two keyboard layouts - Croatian (a typical European layout where 'z' is located between 'u' and 't') and US. In most program this works fine, but I noticed that in Inkscape this change doesn't affect the Ctrl+Z/Ctrl+Y undo/redo combination. Whether I am in Croatian or US - the same physical keys perform the undo action (the 'Croatian' ones (which is my primary layout) - the key between 'u' and 't' does undo). It doesn't manifest in the rest of Inkscape, though - I can normally write in the chosen layout in e.g. a text box on the canvas.
Expected - changing to the US layout should also change the layout for the purposes of undo/redo shortcuts.
