Bug Description

First things first. You rock, thank you immensely for this incredible software.

My Feature request is pretty straight forward.

When making a "circle" in inkscape I get:
       d="m 565.6854,407.84247 a 52.527931,47.477169 0 1 1 -0.0276,-1.53874"

But I want:

So I can add:
<animate attributeName="r" begin="mouseover" end="mouseout" values="50; 70; 50; 70; 50" dur="5s" repeatCount="indefinite"/>

Unless there is a way to implement animating <path /> (WITHOUT ECMA/JavaScript... just using the <animate /> tag)
I would like this to apply to the other shapes also, such as <rect/>, etc...
I can't seem to figure out how to animate sodipodi:rx(or ry), as those are just your sodipodi things.
Though I am glad you at least put all the info into the SVG file, so I can hand code it to do really interesting things
