Invalid bounds when exporting group to EPS

System configuration:
- Inkscape 0.48.3.1 r9886 (language: russian)
- OpenSUSE 12.2
- Qt 4.8.1
- KDE 4.8.5 (4.8.5) "release 2"
- Linux linux-ae80 3.4.47-2.38-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri May 31 20:17:40 UTC 2013 (3961086) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Tried to convert Inkscape SVG image to EPS format:
1) Open image 'pn_hdr_sch.svg' in Inkscape (see in attachment)
2) Press File->Save As
3) Export to 'pn_hdr_sch.eps' group 'g3070' with 'PostScript Layer 3' encoder
4) Got clipped image (see in attachment)

Bug reproduces only with 'Landscape' page orientation.
I used workaround: changed page orientation to 'Portrait' and exported to EPS successfully.

Confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.4 and trunk revision 12473.

On OS X 10.7.5:
- reproduced with 0.48.4 (cairo 1.12.2, cairo 1.12.14)
- not reproduced with r12473 (cairo 1.12.2, cairo 1.12.14)

Reproduced again on Windows XP (cairo 1.11.2) and Xubuntu 15.10 (cairo 1.14.2), Inkscape 0.91 and trunk rev. 14527, but only when using the "Use exported object's size" option.
Not reproduced when using the "Use document's page size" option.

Layer transforms (translate() due to changing the page's height / orientation) are not correctly taken into consideration when exporting per object to cairo-based export formats, as tracked in earlier report
