clone key don`t work in german version

Bug Description

the short key for clone doesn't work in the german version, because ALT + D is Menue File (Datei).

Note: The next version of Inkscape will include a keyboard shortcut editor, so that users can redefine those default keyboard shortcuts which conflict with certain mnemonics used in a particular translation.
