Document Properties dialog doesn't show

Bug Description
In version Inkscape 0.48.4 r9939 (windows no install) When I click Document Properties nothing happens. So no dialog. Show stopper.

THIS IS NOT A BUG !!!
I looked for an option to delete my item, but couldn't find it. The problem was that the dialog appeared on my third screen which is a beamer and normally is turned off. Most programs open dialogs on the same screen where the program is running.
Sorry for this false bug report.
Nice program by the way :-)
