"move selection to layer..." should have same collapsed layers as layer dialog

when i am moving objects from one layer to another, i sometimes use "move selection to layer..." but i have to click to collapse the layers to access the layer i wish to move to (ie, to make the collapse structure of the layers to look like how i have it in the layers dialog).. extra effort.. and if i have to move several objects to different layers (which i seem to have to do often) this becomes very tedious, as i have to do this every time.

if the "move selection to layer..." option just used whatever structure is already being used by the layers dialog, that would solve this perfectly
