Bug Description

The key board options for zoom history are ` (to go back) and SHIFT+` to go forward. I find that ` alone wrks fine - I do go back to the last used zoom level. However nothing seems to happen when I use the SHIFT+` combination, and I have to use the other zooming options (e.g. - or +) to achieve my intention.

I am using Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit on my Fujitsu laptop and Kaspersky 3.0 Pure as my security software. I do not think Kaspersky has a problem. My keyboard is set to English(UK). M Inkscape Version is 0.48.4 r9939

That was with an English (US) keyboard. I also tested with my Swiss (DE) keyboard and none of the two shortcuts works there (but they are in an unpractical location anyway for this layout).

I tried changing my keyboard to English (US). No joy. I tried various
permutations and combinations using Shift, CTRL and Alt keys with `. Nada.
Looks like I may have to tinker with some Windows innards and don't really
feel like doing it. So the Shift+` does not work, it's not really a big
deal at all. Thank you for your reply
