Inkscape 0.48.3.1 r9886
Ubuntu 12.04
I want to convert the file form the svg format to eps. But the output is left out some parts compared with the svg file.
The svg file consists of several eps images made by MATLAB.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.2 and cairo 1.10.2 on OS X 10.7,
not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.2, 0.48.3.1 and current 0.48.2 using cairo 1.12.2
