Bug Description
In gradient editor, you can only "Add a step" However, I want to add a color at a place of my choosing.
The logical feature to add is the ability to move the colors to any place in the gradient.

This is already possible: both in the (deprecated) gradient editor as well as when editing gradients directly on-canvas with the gradient tool, new gradient stops can be inserted anywhere along the gradient path, and existing stops can be moved (dragged) freely between the two adjacent gradient stops: tavmjong. free.fr/ INKSCAPE/ MANUAL/ html/Attributes -Fill-Stroke. html#Attributes -Gradients- Define- Editor> tavmjong. free.fr/ INKSCAPE/ MANUAL/ html/Attributes -Fill-Stroke. html#Attributes -Gradients- Define- Onscreen>

Proposing to close as 'Invalid (seems more a question about usage than an actually missing feature).
