Bug Description

Hi,

I exported two .eps figures in Matlab. I opened the first .eps file in Inkscape and I imported the second .eps file. However, when I draw a line in Inskape from left to right,and export everything again as a new .eps file. Open the new .eps file in GSview, the line is only visible in the bounding box of the imported .eps file (second Matlab figure). Why is the line partially invisible over the rest of my figure? Is this a bug?

OS: windows 7

THX

Based on the description of the problem, and the mentioned OS, this report is a duplicate of
- Bug #813886 “Save as EPS or PS incomplete with cairo >= 1.10”
  <https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/813886>
Note: Current Inkscape packages for Windows include a somehwat dated version of cairo (1.11.2) which is affected by this clipping bug when exporting to PS/EPS.

Please add a comment here and revert the duplicate status if you don't agree and think these are different issues. In this case, please attach sample files (original EPS files, SVG version with the imported files) to allow further investigation.
